Omg!!!!! I just had the most wonderful eye exam / appointment experience today. From entrance to exit. Highly recommend this establishment. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff upon my arrival, quick check-in, given exceptional service and information each step of the process, answered all questions in full details along with again explanation on everything. Needless to say words can't explain or express my feelings toward this experience. I'm telling everyone about them every chance I get. I've already convinced my wife to switch which is happening in the near future. Great job. FVC of Crosby, keep up the greatness!!!!!

Family vision center has the best customer service. I’ve been around to different vision centers and this tops all of them . I found my forever vision center . Shoutout to the manager, the doctor that helped me and all of the sweet employees. Highly recommend their services 🫶🙏

The doctor was great and very thorough. Yes, there was a slight wait, but it was well worth it! After my visit, the young lady in the front was as helpful as possible and went out of her way to help and educate me on the frames and prescription lenses. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!!

I've been going to Crosby Family Vision Center for years. All of Crosby Family Vision Center Dr's and the staff put my options on the table so to speak, they are straightforward and to the point.

4th time @ Family Vision Center Crosby 2 excellent experiences and 2 terrible experiences this last time they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t get a hold of me after receiving a confirmation email..they must have used an old phone number… I got no notification at new number or the email that was input into the online appointment scheduler. Only communication was a confirmation email and was not told otherwise until I showed up… very disappointing

Great Docs and great service. I am lucky to have such a good practice local to me, especially one with experience for less common eye conditions. You feel like they actually care about your vision and want you to have the best experience possible.

I called the office on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Check-in was easy, and I was seen right away. All of my questions were answered, and I felt welcomed by both the doctor and the staff. Overall, it was a great experience.
